Durham Academy

Security Threat Analysis
Risk Management Associates met with key personnel from the Durham Academy staff and contract employees. A consultant conducted a review of the interior security and exterior perimeter of campus buildings. In addition, Risk Management Associates reviewed the existing security procedures and conducted a general review of the currently installed security systems. A detailed light study was also conducted of each campus.

NASA - Johnson Space Center

Security Review
Risk Management Associates conducted a comprehensive vulnerability assessment of the Johnson Space Center. The project goal was to provide an unbiased examination of existing or potential security vulnerabilities, review current security operations and procedures, and recommend countermeasures and improvements to raise the level of protection for this important facility with the ultimate goal being to safeguard the people, operations and facilities at JSC.

Social Security Administration

Security Review
The study involved day and night visits to the facility to conduct interviews with selected personnel, conduct light studies, and observe conditions around the perimeter and exterior grounds. The information thus gathered was then compared with industry standards to determine resultant risks. Our objective in performing this review was to study and analyze specific aspects of the existing security procedures and systems and to conduct a physical survey of the Social Security Administration Main Complex grounds.

Winston-Salem State University

Security Review
This project involved general assessment of the security plan, program and organization. A benchmarking survey was conducted with seven other similar public universities.The general effectiveness and posture of security systems and system interfaces were inspected and appropriate recommendations made.
