Lowe's Home Improvements
Risk Management Associates provided comprehensive
security services to Lowe’s that included, security
philosophy development, Basis-Of-Design, design and
development, construction specifications, and all
associated drawings, details and communication risers
for the electronic security systems. RMA assisted
Lowe’s during the bid process, provided project
management during construction and commissioned the
electronic security systems. |

General Services Administration/Federal Supply Service
Project Blue
RMA provided security plan, policy and procedural documentation, and
design development services to include security system specifications
and design drawings for a comprehensive security management system.
The system included optical turnstiles, X-ray screening equipment,
digital video, smart card readers, intrusion detection devices and
other ancillary security equipment. RMA support included the
development of installation details for conduit rough-in, coordination
of the project with the contractor, development of system
sequences-of-operation, RFP development, bid-process guidance and
assistance, review and recommendations of submittals, and project
management services. |

Wake County
Phase I through V Security Projects
RMA assisted Wake County in the development and execution of their electronic security expansion to integrate a number of buildings into the County's networked security system. RMA provided design development, construction, and testing of an integrated security system for
numerous remote facilities. These integrated systems included a card access system, CCTV,
remote CCTV monitoring, emergency telephone systems, duress systems, and perimeter and intrusion detection systems.
